Average sold timeframe was 25 days.  There are currently 81 single family homes for sale in Framingham, Massachusetts right now.  It is a terrific market offering shopping , a movie theatre, and plenty of restaurants for your dining enjoyment.

Framingham just recently became a city , and was one of the largest towns in the country prior. There are homes for every size family , whether you are looking for one level living on the North or South side of Framingham Massachusetts, there are plenty of homes to choose from currently on the market.  There are also many capes, multi level, and colonials too. Whatever your needs in housing, Framingham has it right now. Many towns have a lack of inventory but Framingham' s inventory has really crept up with 81 single family homes now and many less but several condos to choose from on both the North and South sides of the city.

There is Shoppers World in Framingham with stores such as Marchalls, TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack and Babys R Us. The Natick Mall just around the corner has a huge selection of shopping choices for families and individuals.

Worcester rd. or Route 9 has many food options including Unos, the Olive Garden, Legal Sea Food, and many many more. Those are really techically in Natick, but the Framingham/Natick line.  Natick is next door to Framingham, Massachusetts , where home prices are a little higher . It is a very nice town with similiar housing stock.
